Do you have any hints as to how to get the best out of the service?
Take the time periodically to guide and instruct the cleaner on how you want your home clean, particularly over the first few weeks. There are so many different surfaces, cleaning products and equipment and everyone’s needs can be quite different.
Do I need to be home when a cleaner services my home?
No, but it is important you talk to us first to discuss your needs prior to the start date. Knowing your cleaning requirements and how to use your equipment and products ensure both you and the cleaner are happy.
How do I pay for the service?
Payment should be paid directly to Canberra Master Cleaners via electronic bank transfer and this should be made on the same day of the service.
Do I need to do anything before the cleaning?
A general tidy is helpful if you just require a cleaning. If you want more of a house keeping service, please discuss your requirements with your cleaner so they can estimate the time required.
Is it necessary for me to be on site during a cleaning operation?
No this is absolutely unecessary, you can be rest assured that whether our cleaners clean your premises or property in your presence or absence, everything would be left they way you want them to be. Our cleaners are honest and dedicated and we do a thorough character reference on them before employment.
Can you provide references on other people you have worked for?
When so required, we are happy to do that.
